the African School of Governance (ASG) was officially launched in Kigali, Rwanda. ASG aims to reshape leadership and governance across the African continent, with a mission to empower a new generation of leaders and innovators.
The launch, co-founded by H.E. Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, and H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn, former Prime Minister of Ethiopia, marks a significant step in advancing transformative governance. Recruitment for ASG’s inaugural 2025/2026 cohort also commenced during the event, targeting over 100 students for Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Executive MPA programs.

H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn emphasized ASG’s critical role in shaping Africa’s future:
