Taj Misr Developments has announced the launch of its ninth project, Dejoya 4, in the New Administrative Capital. Spanning 71 acres with projected sales revenues of EGP 30 billion, this ambitious project reflects the company’s commitment to urban innovation and high-quality construction.

MP Fouad Abaza, Honorary Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, highlighted the company’s credibility and dedication as key factors in securing a prime plot in the R8 district. The new project will further enhance the company’s footprint in East Cairo.

He also praised the collaborative efforts of the Administrative Capital Company, particularly Eng. Khaled Abbas and Major General Ahmed Fahmy, for their unwavering support of serious developers.

3,300 residential units with sizes ranging from two to four bedrooms.

Al Khalij Development Launches Sun Gate Project in New Zayed

Eng. Hania Mostafa Khalil, Managing Director of Taj Misr, revealed that construction started earlier this month, with delivery scheduled within three years.

Dejoya 4 features a 9-acre commercial mall along the project’s façade, offering retail, administrative, and medical spaces. This development complements the company’s broader strategy for West Cairo expansion and the launch of Taj Tower 2 in the MU7 district.

Nourhan Ramadan, Vice Chairman, announced that Taj Tower 2 will cover 14,000 sqm and soar 56 floors high, accompanied by six underground garages. The tower, positioned opposite the iconic tower, will create an architectural duo with Taj Tower 1.
