Madinet Masr , a leading urban community developer in Egypt, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ASEC Automation, a subsidiary of Qalaa Holdings. The partnership aims to develop the second phase of infrastructure and road networks for Sarai in New Cairo, spanning 4.2 million square meters, with investments exceeding EGP 580 million. The MoU was signed by Eng. Abdallah Sallam, President and CEO of Madinet Masr, and Eng. Mohamed Abdel Razek, CEO and Managing Director of ASEC Automation. This agreement underscores Madinet Masr’s commitment to expanding its land portfolio, which now exceeds 12 million square meters, and enhancing its ability to deliver state-of-the-art services through collaboration with top engineering firms.
The second phase of Sarai’s infrastructure will support 14 residential neighborhoods, with the project scheduled for delivery by 2026.
