Infinity Towers for Urban Development has been honored with two prestigious awards: Best Commercial Tower and Best Office Tower in Egypt and Africa for 2024-2025.
The accolades were presented during the Best Projects in Africa and Europe ceremony, held in mid-October in London, to celebrate outstanding achievements in real estate development.
Awarded by The International Property Awards
The awards were presented by The International Property Awards, a leading global authority in real estate awards that has been recognizing excellence since 1993.
These honors are considered among the highest in the real estate sector, further solidifying the Infinity Tower’s status as a landmark project.
The evaluation process involves assessing projects at the national level by a panel of 100 highly experienced professionals from various real estate disciplines, who score each project based on rigorous criteria.
After winning at the national level, projects advance to the continental stage, where the global competition is divided into regions, including Africa, Asia, the Pacific, the Arabian Peninsula, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the UK, and the United States.

“This global recognition enhances the competitive standing of Infinity Tower, drawing attention from international companies and institutions interested in establishing regional and global offices in Egypt,” he said.
The success of Infinity Tower contributes to positioning the New Administrative Capital as a key player in the global real estate market.
Project Highlights and Unique Features
Infinity Tower is distinguished by several unique features, many of which are a first in Egypt.
For instance, the tower includes five underground basement levels that can accommodate up to 900 cars, equivalent to 70% of the parking capacity of Tahrir Car Park, which serves Cairo’s downtown area.
The tower also features three commercial floors, twenty-eight office levels, and seven serviced hotel floors operated by an international management company.
Moreover, the project boasts a state-of-the-art celebration and conference hall located 200 meters above the ground, capable of hosting up to 800 guests.
Additionally, a restaurant located at a height of 210 meters offers diners stunning views.
Construction Progress and Future Plans
As of now, approximately 80% of the tower’s concrete structure has been completed, reaching a height of 185 meters out of the anticipated final height of 230 meters.
Dr. Fathy noted that Infinity Towers for Urban Development follows a unique post-construction sales strategy, allowing clients to inspect their units and floors before committing to a purchase.
The company anticipates that the tower’s structural and facade work will be fully completed by next year.
