Hometown Real Estate Development has announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the international firm Chapman Taylor. Under this agreement, Chapman Taylor will be responsible for the urban planning and architectural designs of Hometown’s upcoming projects, including major developments in East and West Cairo and Nasser City in Assiut.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Real Estate, and Jan Dijkema, the representative of Chapman Taylor, in the presence of officials from both companies. The announcement was made during a press conference, marking a significant milestone that aligns with Hometown’s strategy to deliver globally competitive projects.

Hometown Real Estate Development boasts a diverse portfolio of projects in the New Administrative Capital and West Assiut, including the “Zaha Park” project located in MU23 in the New Administrative Capital. This is the first commercial project to be delivered in that area, comprising a ground floor and nine stories. The company has achieved a strong implementation rate of over 95%.
Additionally, Hometown has made significant progress on the “Lafayette Mall,” a commercial and entertainment project spanning 43,000 square meters in the prime location of Downtown, directly facing the Al Masa Hotel and adjacent to the central monorail station. This project consists of a ground floor, five stories, and two basements, with construction reaching an advanced stage.
The “Udora” Project in the New Administrative Capital
Among Hometown’s key developments in the New Administrative Capital is the “Udora” project. Strategically located in a prime area, directly opposite the Al Masa Hotel and just two minutes from major landmarks such as the central station and financial district, Udora offers an ideal destination for shopping and entertainment. The project has achieved high execution rates, with some phases reaching approximately 95%.
