- MIDLY Project: Developed an external design proposal for this commercial and administrative project in the New Administrative Capital, owned by Icapital.
- Isola Villa and Isola Quattro: Partnered with El Masria Group to design these projects, spanning a total area of 30 acres.
- Beit Al Watan Residential Projects: Collaborated with Jadeer Company to create designs for various residential projects in this premium district within Fifth Settlement.
- Hadabet El Ahram Project: Designed a commercial and administrative project for Al-Gioushy Development in western Cairo.
Expanding Horizons in the North Coast
Eng. Magdy also revealed the company’s upcoming collaborations, including a partnership with Aitch Developments to design the Avila Compound New Zayed project.
